Tod Mun Goong (Crispy Shrimp Cake)
Crispy Thai shrimp cake made from minced shrimp, lightly seasoned and deep-fried, served with sweet chili sauce

Hong Beef

Rich Southern-style coconut curry with fresh mussels and tart santol, bold and aromatic.
*Santol (กระท้อน)
A tropical fruit from Southeast Asia with a sweet-tart flavor and soft, cottony flesh, often used in Thai curries to add a bright, refreshing acidity.
